Artists present work at the boundaries of space and time, in a new multi-disciplinary exhibition negotiating the limits of physics, metaphysics and questions of scale.
A new work on paper based on constellations visible from the Isle of Bute in the 7th century.

16.03.20: At a meeting of the artists and curator today, we collectively made the decision to cancel the preview event planned for Thursday 19th March due to the COVID19 emergency and to postpone the exhibition until further notice. Updates to follow in the summer once we can safely reschedule the exhibition. Apologies for any disappointment caused.
This was a new sculpture specially created for Threshold Festival 2017 taking the form of a full-scale reproduction of the cross-section of the Agpalilik meteorite in the Danish Geological Museum, Copenhagen.
The story of how the meteorite was identified, recovered and transported to Denmark in the 1960s is remarkable enough. This, and the object itself – as old as the Sun – with an inner beauty of an acheiropoieton was the inspiration for this major work.
Who could not be moved by the journey of a tiny craft across the sea of space to land on a pinprick of an island that is Comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko?
